  6.   Before you use Comic Lister, Use the converter program to choose where
  7.  the directory is to be used for the saveing and loading of Issue and
  8.  information text files. 
  9.  
  10.   Comic Lister loads a couple of files on load up:-
  11.    Startup.Prefs: Sets the source dir for Issue and Files and the title to
  12.                  load on start up.
  13.           Titles: Load the titles to be displayed in the title display.
  14.  
  15.   Coverter loads the Converter Startup.Prefs on start up to set where the
  16.  Text editor you use is on system, And the prefs file is save on exit of
  17.  the converter program when ever you change the Text editor.
